"Shovel Ready" - revisited

We all know how the economy is and is not, so I decided to revisit the whole "Shovel Ready"  speach.  Since my husband works in the Industry this really effects us as well as every other American out there who does.  First of all let's take a look at the most recent poll on the Construction Industry in the Tri-State area.   Construction is DOWN:

• Indiana 12%
• Ohio     15%
• Kentucky 19%

Okay, now that we have establised that, let's move on.  The only one's I see ready is, well Bowyn for one.  He is "Shovel Ready" 24/7, and he can really make a dent if you know what I mean.  The other one would be the "Jerry's Do-It-All", who seem's to be undercutting all the True and Reputable Contractors out there on every bid that's coming out these days.  "Call in OSHA! 

Little do they know, that "Jerry's", project will be in so poorly constructed, that this is going to end up actually costing the States & Government so much extra $$$ to fix the problems, then our financial situations will be in worse shape than they are already.  We are certainly in a crisis whether we believe it or not.
